Weather Update
Cool weather continues to exert a significant influence on growing conditions in coastal growing areas, with temperatures dropping 5-10 degrees below seasonal averages stretching from Central California to Baja California. One theory that may explain the ongoing cool weather along the coast is that water temperatures in the Pacific were 3-5 degrees below average between Los Angeles and San Diego during July.
